Logan’s Video Diary #11
I needed to course correct a habit that I’ve been practicing today, which reminded me that Unstoppable U shows how to make adjustments as life (and you) change.

Module 4, Lesson 2 is all about staying committed and on the path, and it came at a perfect time for me (as life often does). Logan and I spent the last week working on and presenting a webinar and it was great – fun to work on and fun to do. BUT, after we presented it and high-fived and enjoyed the process, I found my work on the UU reboot (my Aspiration) still waiting. No one had done a thing on it the whole time I was away working on the webinar! And after the feeling of finishing a great project, there sat the feeling …
Anna is the creative part of our dynamic duo, and I am most definitely the type A of our team…so I absolutely love this module: Aspiration, Meet Plan. Hear how I use Aspiration Mapping to plot out the path to make my aspiration happen. And, best of all, make it happen easily!
Module 4, Lesson 1 – and it’s about PERMISSION! My favorite (or one of them at least) thing in Unstoppable U™! Because it’s something I see women not getting nearly enough of, not in their work, their family lives, their own interests and loves…we just do not feel we have permission to do (or not do) so much of what we want and/or need to do. The Permission Slip in Module 4, Lesson 1’s Materials section is so simple but so powerful. There are a couple of reasons for this: first, it’s a visual that I can have in view all around me, all …
Look, ma, I just created new possibilities when I got stuck! One of the things Unstoppable U provides is self-efficacy…you are your own best resource for finding what you need when you get stuck, you just need to know HOW to create new possibilities. How handy that we provide a Possibility Generator worksheet so you can develop that skill!
Momentum, as Module 3 Lesson 3 tells us, can be positive – but it can also be negative. And Unstoppable U™ is designed not only to help interrupt the negative momentum, but to create the positive momentum as well. It’s usually the forward-moving version that I think of, but this lesson makes me realize that getting stuck is not just staying in place: getting stuck can actually mean moving backward, and having tools in place can get you back on the road and on your way. For me getting stopped is the result of something that feels like rejection in some form in …
Thank goodness for this program! I had a rough day, a setback…it felt crappy, made me question myself and my worth. And, because of what I have learned about being unstoppable, I was able to process the setback, get back on my feet and get back in action towards my aspiration. Watch this video to hear how it all went down.
This week I’m working on Module 3, Lesson 2 of the Unstoppable U™ program, Consistency. It’s a follow-up to the previous lesson, “Charting Your Course”, because it helps with the HOW of reaching the finish line once you map the route there. It’s the “how” that always pops up as the first objection for me, the whiny “yeah, but…” that wants to show me why this is all a bad idea and won’t work. My answer to that “yeah, but”? Daily Consistent Action! Like a lot of what we talk about at Call Me Unstoppable™, and in the Unstoppable U™ program specifically, Daily …
This month’s newsletter focuses on self-care in uncertain times. Take care of yourself – you MATTER!
The Possibility Arc combines two of my favorite things: clarity and a visual of my unique pattern of how/when/why I get stopped when I am making big things happen in my life. Clarity is power and, after this lesson, I know exactly what to do when I get stopped…stuck no more!
